we are at achieving our fitness goals (or any of our goals). Since 1993, I have been in the human development
field. I'm a professionally trained coach with years of experience in what makes people tick and what it takes to
truly transform one's life. There's more to fitness and a healthy life than aerobic exercise, lifting weights, and
eating right.
My approach is a whole-person approach that takes into consideration
your unique personality, the dynamics of your current life
situation, and your overall life goals.

Here are some answers to questions you may have (click on the question to see the

+ How much does it cost?
That varies, of course, based on what you want to achieve. Depending on your objectives and the type of program that we design together, you can expect to pay between $180 and $300 a month. We'll work together to customize a fitness program, schedule, and price that works for you. A nice benefit is that we can incorporate different types of coaching into your personal fitness training program and save you a lot of money. You can also save money by signing up with one or more friends, which has tremendous benefits for each of you; you'll save money and also have additional support in achieving your goals! Remember, this is an investment in your health, your quality of life, and the quality of your future!
+ Where do you train? And how often?
As an independent business operator, I can offer you a tremendous amount of flexibility as to where you train. We'll work together to design a program you can implement at your home, in my home gym, or at an exercise facility you're currently a member of. If you travel a lot, we can also design an on-the-road program. If you elect to include other types of coaching (e.g. Couples Coaching), that service can be facilitated over the phone as well as during workouts. Pretty flexible! Again, the key is to make it work for YOU. And let's face it, some people don't like working out in a public gym. If that's you, that's OK since there are other options.
As far as how often we would train together, that will vary based on your goals and available time. Training sessions can last between 30-50 minutes and are usually two to three times per week. But again, this can vary somewhat based upon your goals.
+ Do you do body-fat analysis and other fitness assessments?
Yes. Your personal fitness training program will begin with some basic assessments including determining your percentage of body fat. These assessments will give us some baseline numbers to work with. We'll track your progress along the way!
+ What makes you different from other personal trainers?
I am a professionally trained relationship and life coach, and I bring this background and expertise with me into the personal fitness training environment. In addition, I am 43 years old, so I bring some wisdom to the training that you might not find with younger trainers. I'm passionate about fitness, but not one who thinks fitness means you have to have large muscles or look a certain way - although those are fantastic goals. I see fitness as a way of life and approach it from a whole-person perspective.
+ Are you certified?
Yes, I am a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association.
+ I've never worked with a Personal Trainer before - and am not quite sure if I want to. Is there a way I can "try it out" and see if this is right for me?
Absolutely! I start all of my clients off with a program that allows them to "get their feet wet" and see if this is really something they want to pursue.
