How Does Coaching Work? Where Do We Meet?

Relationship Coaching is typically conducted over the phone, so you can engage in it from the comfort of your home. If you are within driving distance of Terre Haute, Indiana, then we can meet in person. Coaching sessions are typically one-hour in length and are held 3-4 times a month.

During the sessions, we engage in conversations about your relationship goals and objectives as a couple. We identify what is currently going on and discover together new ways of relating that will generate new results in your relationship and life. Between calls, you and your partner have the opportunity to practice what you are learning and experience for yourselves the difference it makes! If you are working alone (your partner does not have to be involved in the coaching), we will speak about your view of the relationship and ways that you can take new actions to create new results within the relationship.
